About our name "Nivartin"

Nivartin is the ancient Sanskrit word meaning “allowing to return.” It embodies a philosophy of gentle stewardship and natural balance. This idea is deeply connected to composting, where organic matter is not discarded but allowed to return to the earth.  By stepping back and letting nature take its course, we honor a system in which every ending becomes a beginning, and every byproduct finds renewed purpose.
